Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use endurabusiness.com, contact us, or buy services from ENDURA BUSINESS ADVISORS LLC ("Endura," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to them.

Our services

Endura helps local businesses get found, respond to customers and win more booked work. That includes audits, websites, review and reputation tools, automated replies and messaging, and ongoing support. The specific services, price and schedule for your business are set out in the proposal or invoice you accept.

Free audit

The free audit is free, with no obligation to buy anything. The findings are yours to keep.

Roots of Gwinnett

Roots of Gwinnett is a community business directory and a community project of ENDURA BUSINESS ADVISORS LLC. Basic listings are free. Premium listings and any paid services are provided by Endura under these terms.

Payment and cancellation

Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and does not refund a month already started, unless your proposal says otherwise.

Refunds

Different services have different refund terms, so here they all are in one place.

The $99 report and one fix: if it wasn't worth it, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Monthly listings, $69 a month: cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing. The month already under way is not refunded.
Yearly Founders listings, $249 a year: cancel at any time. We refund what you paid minus the months you have used, charged at the regular monthly rate of $69. Cancelling after two months means $138 used and $111 refunded. Once the months used add up to what you paid, there is nothing left to return.
Setup fees are not refundable.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from. How soon it appears depends on your bank.

Delivery times

We give you a date, and we tell you up front what happens if we miss it.

Founders listing items: 21 days from your walk-through, starting once you have given us what we need from you, such as photos, access and answers.
The $99 report and one fix: 7 days.
If we miss a delivery date: you get $25 off your next bill, or an extra month added to a yearly plan. One remedy per order, applied automatically, and we will tell you before the date if it is going to slip.
This does not apply while we are waiting on something from you.

Results

We work toward real, measurable outcomes, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, review counts, call volume or revenue. These depend on factors outside our control, including search engines, platforms and your own customers.

Text messaging program

What you will receive: texts from Endura Business Advisors about your inquiry, appointments, audit results, and account and service updates. No promotional texts.
How you join: by giving us your mobile number through the chat on our website and agreeing to receive texts.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

How we handle your mobile number is explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties.

Your content

You keep ownership of the logos, photos, text and other material you give us. You allow us to use it to deliver your services, and you confirm you have the right to share it with us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Endura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
